Lawn Care Service Policies & Terms & Conditions
1. Service Agreement
By scheduling or receiving services from SE Properties, LLC (“the Company”), the customer (“Client”) agrees to these Terms and Conditions. All agreements are between the Company and the Client for the provision of lawn care and related services.
2. Scope of Services
SE Properties, LLC provides services such as lawn mowing, edging, trimming, leaf removal, shrub trimming, seasonal clean-ups, and other related yard maintenance tasks as agreed upon. Services will be performed at the frequency and schedule mutually determined with the Client.
3. Scheduling & Access
- Services will be performed on the scheduled date unless weather or unforeseen events require rescheduling.
- The Client must ensure that gates are unlocked, pets are secured, and the work area is accessible.
- If our crew cannot access the property, the scheduled service fee may still apply.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods: [List: Cash, Check, Credit/Debit, Online Payment, etc.].
- Returned checks are subject to a [$ 30 amount] fee..
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Same-day cancellations may be charged at 50% of the service cost.
- Weather-related rescheduling will be at the discretion of SE Properties, LLC.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for complete client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of service so we can address and correct any concerns.
7. Property Damage
- We take great care when performing services, but SE Properties, LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage to property (e.g., sprinkler heads, outdoor furniture, fences, etc.).
- If damage occurs during service, we will notify the Client immediately and work toward a fair resolution.
8. Safety
Our crews follow safety protocols. Clients must keep pets and children away from the work area while services are being performed.
9. Liability
SE Properties, LLC is insured for property damage and personal injury caused by our services. We are not liable for damages caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, pests, acts of God).
10. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. The Client is responsible for payment of all services rendered before termination.
11. Changes to Terms
SE Properties, LLC reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions with notice to the Client.
